How Escrow Protection Works

Our escrow system holds your payment securely until the booking transfer is complete.

You Make a Purchase

Your payment is securely held in escrow by Stripe — the seller doesn't receive any money yet.

Seller Transfers the Booking

The seller changes the booking name to yours and uploads proof of transfer.

You Confirm Receipt

Once you verify the booking is in your name, you confirm the transfer in your dashboard.

Seller Gets Paid

Only after your confirmation does the seller receive the payment. Auto-release after 72 hours post travel date.

Full Escrow Protection

100% of your payment is held in escrow until you confirm the booking transfer. The seller never touches your money until you're satisfied.

Automatic Refund

If the seller fails to transfer the booking within the agreed timeframe, your payment is automatically refunded in full.

Dispute Resolution

If something goes wrong, our dispute resolution team reviews the evidence from both parties and makes a fair decision.

72-Hour Auto-Release

If you don't confirm or dispute within 72 hours after the travel date, the payment is automatically released to the seller.

What You're Protected Against

Incorrect Booking Details

Seller Becomes Unresponsive

Fraudulent Listings

Our AI moderation catches most fraudulent listings before they go live. If one slips through, you're fully protected.

Dispute Resolution Process

We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and quickly. Here's how the process works.

Open a Dispute

Go to your transaction in the dashboard and click 'Open Dispute'. Describe the issue and upload any evidence.

Seller Response

The seller has 48 hours to respond with their side of the story and any evidence.

Review & Decision

Our team reviews all evidence from both parties and makes a fair decision, usually within 3-5 business days.

Resolution

Based on the decision, the payment is either released to the seller or refunded to you. The decision is final.
