How You Get Paid
Buyer Pays Into Escrow
The buyer's payment is held by Stripe — we never touch your money and the buyer can't withdraw once paid.
You Transfer the Booking
Complete the transfer (name change, voucher forwarding, rebooking) within 48 hours. Upload proof through the in-app transfer flow.
Payout in ~2 Business Days
Once the buyer confirms receipt, Stripe Connect releases your payout. Auto-release kicks in 72 hours after the travel date if the buyer doesn't respond.

No Chargebacks on Delivered Goods
If you provide evidence of transfer and the buyer raises a false chargeback, SpareHolidays covers the dispute within our seller protection policy.
