Stripe processes the payment before the seller begins the transfer. Confirm the result or raise a dispute within the window shown for the transaction. Dated and no-date bookings use different payout timing.

What if the seller doesn't transfer the booking?

If the seller fails to complete the transfer, open a dispute within the applicable window. Our team reviews the evidence and applies the protection terms attached to the transaction.

Can I make an offer instead of buying at the listed price?

Yes! Most listings accept offers. You can propose a price and the seller can accept, decline, or counter-offer. Offers expire after 48 hours if the seller doesn't respond.

How do I list a booking for sale?

Click "Sell Your Booking", select flight, hotel, package, or voucher, add the details and asking price, then upload redacted booking evidence. Review everything before submitting for review. You can submit your listing before finishing Stripe setup. A person reviews the booking proof. After approval, buyers can see and buy it only when Stripe confirms buyer payments and bank payouts are enabled.

How are sellers verified?

Sellers provide booking evidence and supplier transfer rules, and every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live. Identity verification with Stripe is required before a seller can accept an offer or hand over a booking. Identity verification does not prove that a booking is genuine or transferable, so buyers should review the listing details.

How do I transfer a booking to the buyer?

After a sale, the buyer provides their full name. You then contact your airline, hotel, or provider to change the booking name. Upload a screenshot showing the name change, and the buyer will verify it.

When do I get paid?

For a booking with travel dates, payout is scheduled to the connected Stripe account two calendar days after the trip ends. A booking without travel dates uses the separate confirmation and dispute-window rule shown in the transaction. An open dispute can pause normal release.

Where do I find proof that my booking name can be changed?

Check your airline or hotel's "Manage Booking" page — look for a name change or passenger details option. You can also find this in the provider's fare rules, terms and conditions, or help/FAQ pages. Common examples: the airline's "Manage My Booking" page showing a name change option, or a hotel portal showing an editable guest name field. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live, and each listing shows whether the seller's identity is verified. Identity verification with Stripe is required before a seller can accept an offer or hand over a booking. Buyers verify at the required transaction stage before seller payout can be released. Identity does not verify a booking or transfer.
