What we check before a listing gets a badge
A badge should say exactly what happened. We show the strongest check completed for that listing, and we keep the wording specific.
Booking document checked
The seller uploaded a booking confirmation. We checked that the document matches the listing details: provider, route or place, dates, and the traveller name where the booking requires one.
Booking checked by our team
A person on our team reviewed the booking proof and checked it against the listing before the listing went live.

This is a platform-sourced deal. It has its own label so it never inherits a document-check badge it did not earn.
What a badge does not promise
A listing badge does not mean the provider has confirmed the booking directly with us. If that happens later, the badge will say so with the provider name and date.
