Before you buy a booking in the United Kingdom
A resold booking is only usable once the supplier has put it in your name. The name on the reservation has to match the identity document you show at the gate or at reception, so the transfer is the step that decides whether the purchase works, not the price.
Payment is held until you confirm the transfer went through. Open a listing to see the supplier's transfer rule, who pays any change fee, and the seller's evidence.
United Kingdom
In the United Kingdom every guest aged sixteen or over must give the hotel their full name and nationality on arrival, under the Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972; guests who are not British or Commonwealth citizens also give their passport details. The reservation needs to carry the name you will register under.

Ryanair charges 115 euros or pounds per passenger to change a name online and 160 through its contact centre or an airport desk. The online route closes 24 hours before departure; the assisted route stays open until 2 hours before.
